Each quilt has a base coat of adhesive primer, which is ideally suited for metal. This is followed by 2-3 coats of high quality exterior paint for the design and 3 coats of an exterior polyurethane coat that provides UV protection.

How do I hang my barn quilt?
Each barn quilt has predrilled holes. Smaller quilts (less than 36 x36) have 4 predrilled holes, one in each corner. Those 36×36 and larger will have 8 predrilled holes. Also see reel for “attaching barn quilt to pole building”.
What is the largest size that can be made?
The largest quilt size available is 59” x 59”.
Can I have a custom design and size?
Custom designs, colors and sizes are available upon request; however, some designs may not be feasible. Please call to discuss.
How long do the barn quilts last?
The quilts should last for years. If feasible they could be cleaned with a lint free cloth and water and a reapplication of a polyurethane coating applied every 3-5 years. (Although I have had mine up for 5 years and have not done this as some are too difficult to access to do this).
